Ingredients

  • ¾ cup graham-cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Berry topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix crumbs and butter, then press into six silicone muffin cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Fill cups about three-quarters full.
  4. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10–12 minutes until the centers barely wobble.
  5. Chill for 2 hours and top with berries.

Let the cheesecakes cool gradually before chilling to help prevent cracks.
