Ingredients

  • 2 firm apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar, optional
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Slice apples very thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. Arrange in a single layer and dust with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 8 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook 6–8 minutes more until mostly dry.
  5. Cool completely to crisp up.

Recipe Tip

The chips firm as they cool, so remove them before they turn dark brown.
