Ingredients
- 1½ lb Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Toss potatoes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt.
- Air fry at 390°F (199°C) for 10 minutes.
- Shake the basket, add bell pepper, and cook another 7–8 minutes.
