Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Marinara sauce
Instructions
- Cut zucchini into fry-shaped sticks.
- Coat in flour, egg, then panko mixed with parmesan and Italian seasoning.
- Spray with oil and place in one layer.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, flip, then cook 4–5 minutes more.
- Serve with marinara.
