Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into even wedges and soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Dry very well, then toss with oil and seasonings.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
- Shake the basket and cook another 8–10 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
