Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, optional

Instructions

  1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, and cornstarch.
  2. Coat chicken in half the sauce and reserve the rest.
  3. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 9 minutes.
  4. Flip, brush with more sauce, and cook 8–9 minutes longer.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes, then spoon over the remaining sauce.

Recipe Tip

For a deeper glaze, simmer the reserved sauce for two minutes before serving.
