Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch, optional
Instructions
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, and cornstarch.
- Coat chicken in half the sauce and reserve the rest.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 9 minutes.
- Flip, brush with more sauce, and cook 8–9 minutes longer.
- Rest for 5 minutes, then spoon over the remaining sauce.
